Benguet Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas on Monday, November 8, 2021, declared the Benguet Adivay 2021 celebration open. This year’s theme “Resilient and HEALTHIER Benguet – Flourishing in the Midst of Adversity” reflects the strong culture of unity among all iBenguet amid the challenges brought by the CoVID-19 pandemic.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.
