Mandate
Establishment and maintenance of sound human resource program and related activities designed to promote career and personnel development and uphold the merit principle in the Provincial Government;- Plan, recommend, coordinate, and supervise projects, programs and activities on human resources related matters;
- Enforce laws, rules and regulations relating to recruitment, appointment and other personnel action, wage and salary administration capacity building, employee;
- Liaise with other Government agencies on human resource matters;
- Assist on the continuing study and analysis of the internal organization and management practices with the end view of instituting administrative reforms.
