Vision

Benguet: A haven of sustainable communities

Mandate

  • Enact ordinances and resolutions necessary for an effective and efficient governance;
  • Generate and maximize the use of resources and priorities of the province for the development plans, programs and objectives;
  • Grant franchises, approve the use of permits and licenses, or enact ordinances levying taxes, fees, and charges to promote the general welfare of its inhabitants;
  • Approve ordinances which shall ensure the efficient and effective delivery of basic servies and facilities
