Governor Melchor Diclas leads the ribbon-cutting and turn-over ceremony of the newly constructed Kapangan Central Elementary School Open Gymnasium with board members Hon. Roberto Canuto, Hon. Ruben Paoad, Hon. Neptali Camsol, Hon. Jim Botiwey, Hon. Robert Namoro, and Hon. Nestor Fongwan Jr.
Governor Melchor Diclas reached out to the people of Poblacion, Kapangan to look into their needs for further development of their community.Governor Diclas visited the multi-purpose hall in said barangay with barangay captain Hon. Dominador Celo, Jr. for a short dialogue concerning priority needs at the local government. Also with his heart close to senior citizens, he met with several ones to heed to their concerns.He also went to see the situations at Kapangan District Hospital to check into their needs in order to serve the people better.
A ground-breaking ceremony was held today, September 11, 2020 for the improvement of Km. 49 Ambakian farm-to-market-road in Batan, Kabayan. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.
