The 2025 Girl Child Week for March 23 to 29 will focus on “gender-based violence (GBV), exploitation, and abuse (online and offline)” as decided by most children nationwide through the Children’s Online Survey facilitated by the CWC.
Moreover, among the themes recommended by children, the CWC Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System identified “Walang Puwang sa Lipunan ang Karahasan: Labanan ang Pang-aabuso at Eksploytasyon sa Batang Babae, Online at Offline (Violence Belongs Nowhere in Society: Stand Against the Abuse and Exploitation of Young Girls, Both Online and Offline)” as the official 2025 Girl Child Week Theme.
