December 24, 2021 - Turn over of fruit and vegetable processing equipment to several municipalities

With his strong support of skills development and training for iBenguet, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas together with Provincial CTEC Designate Julie Tabcao have recently turned over fruit and vegetable processing equipment to several municipalities to be used for their skills training.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
