Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas allotted funds for the Improvement or Rehabilitation of Tublay Gate-Tublay Presidencia Provincial Road project in Tublay Central, Tublay, Benguet which have recently been completed as part of his desire to provide easy road access to the people.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.
