Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas dispatched the response team of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office to clear a section along Wangal-Banengbeng road recently closed by landslide. The provincial local government led by Gov. Diclas continues to remind drivers to stay alert when driving.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.
