Report on Fund Utilization and Status of Program for March 2022

The Local Government Support Fund – Assistance to Municipalities (LGSF-AM) is a fund that aids municipalities in delivering basic services to their constituents. Among the fund’s focal areas is the strengthening of Local Development Councils (LDCs) as able partners in national development.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
