The members of the Benguet Provincial Inter-Agency Task force for CoVID-19 chaired by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas convene this morning to discuss policies for strict implementation of heath protocols and other restrictions amid the surge in CoVID-19 cases in the province.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
