MASALA-SAGANGASANG-DALUMPIIT FMR IMPROVED

As part of his plans for agricultural development, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas allocated funds for the Improvement of Masala-Sagangasang-Dalumpiit Farm-to-Market Road in Madaymen, Kibungan which has recently been completed. The 1M-project will be a great aid not only to farmers but also to the residents in transporting commodities.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
