With his desire to improve access to farms, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas allotted P4.99M for the Improvement of Ambanglo-Mansoyosoy- Catlubong Farm-to-Market Road in Catlubong, Buguias, Benguet which was recently completed.
