Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas, along with Congressman Eric Go Yap, Board Members Marie Rose T. Fongwan-Kepes and Neptali Camsol, joined the residents of Kapangan as they celebrated the Grand March Festival with the theme, “Embracing Unity in Diversity: Showcasing Heritage and Cultural Legacy.”
Held on Friday, March 21, the event was led by Mayor Manny E. Fermin and Vice Mayor Mayo D. Eslay
Also in attendance were Mayor Romeo K. Salda and Mayor Armando I. Lauro.
