The recently constructed slope protection and perimeter fence at Talbino Elementary School in Sipitan, Dalipey, Bakun, Benguet funded by the Provincial Government of Benguet headed by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas. Governor Diclas allotted P1.49M worth of funds for this project to protect the slope at the said school against erosion and to increase safety and security. #HEALTHIERBenguet#UnitedBenguet
