Courtesy visit of the new Regional Forensic Unit – Cordillera chief, PCol. Nerino B Daciego, MD, to Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas early this morning.
 
The two exchanged words of support to each other’s endeavors for the welfare of the people of Benguet.
The office also donated a set of computer in support of the RFU’s operation.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
