Courtesy visit of Senator Emmanuel Joel Jose Villanueva to the Office of Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas early this morning. Shortly after the courtesy call, Sen. Villanueva, Governor Diclas, Congressman Eric Go Yap, and Vice Gov.
