Courtesy visit of Senator Emmanuel Joel Jose Villanueva to the Office of Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas early this morning. Shortly after the courtesy call, Sen. Villanueva, Governor Diclas, Congressman Eric Go Yap, and Vice Gov. Johnny Waguis led the payout of wages to over 750 TUPAD beneficiaries at the Benguet Sports Complex Gymnasium in Wangal, La Trinidad.
