Benguet graduates of class KATARAKIAN 61-2024 from Philippine Army Officer Candidate School, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas on Wednesday, December 18.

Led by TOP 1 2LT Mhel L. Empiso PA from Kapangan who also received the AFPSLAI and AMWSLAI awards, the group also includes 2LT Louie F. Numbalgan PA; 2LT Brent T. Pisec Jr. PA; 2LT Julius A. Abidal PA; 2LT Sonder Evennys L. Agustin PA; 2LT Windray C. Bacuso; and 2LT Paul Kenneth A. Blas PA.

Governor Diclas congratulated the officers, commending their dedication and achievements.

He encouraged them to lead with integrity and honor as they serve the nation.
