RELIEF ASSISTANCE. The Provincial Government of Benguet headed by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-CAR) led by ARD for Operations Amelyn P. Cabrera delivered hygiene kits and family food packs for three families evacuated at Buyagan Central School in La Trinidad, Benguet after their homes got partially and totally damaged by the onslaught of TS
