Rili, Laborer II of the City Environment Management Office. His diligence and commitment to keeping the city tidy not only earns him praises from his peers, co-workers, and fellow Marikenyos; he was awarded the Dangal ng Bayan at the Malacanan Palace in 2018, with no less than the President of the Philippines handing him the award.
