In accordance with Provincial Ordinance No. 2019-261, all barangays are required to submit three student-applicants for the final screening of the qualified and most deserving students by the Provincial Scholarship Program Committee (PSPC).It is in the barangay LGU where the initial screening of student-applicants is carried out from which three will be chosen to join the final screening to be conducted by the PSPC. Interested students are advised to inquire from their respective barangay LGU.In addition, four slots are allotted for those who excelled in sports or any technical skills that brought honor and prestige to the province, and one slot for each of the 14 DepEd Benguet districts for those who graduated from the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program.
