Teachers in Adaoay National High School (ANHS) in Adaoay, Kabayan, Benguet are happy to have a new school building for their junior high school students.This is the 2-storey Industrial Arts Building which was funded and implemented by the Provincial Government of Benguet led by Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas.The P3.8 million building will serve as a learning facility for carpentry and welding class students.The provincial government continues to implement school development projects to further improve the quality of education of Benguet learners.

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.

The cultural beliefs and innate characteristics of the people made it possible for them to strive and develop higher quality of life without destroying the cradle that they live in.
