A ground-breaking ceremony was held today, September 11, 2020 for the improvement of Km. 49 Ambakian farm-to-market-road in Batan, Kabayan. This road involves the towns of Kabayan and Atok.IN PHOTOS: Governor Melchor Diclas delivers message to the people in Batan, Kabayan during the ground-breaking ceremony for the improvement of the Km. 49 Ambakian farm-to-market road located in Atok and Kabayan, Benguet which was also attended by Department of Agriculture-CAR OIC Regional Director Cameron Odsey with board members led by Vice Governor Johnny Waguis.
