- Delivery Room Services
- Telehealth/Teleconsultation
- Administrative and Support Services
- Provision of Public Health (Preventive, Surveillance, DRRM-H, HEPO) service through the Public Health Unit
- Provision of education, training, learning and development for Human Resources for Health or Healthcare providers
- Participation in ethical research
