1. Review and consolidate budget proposals of different departments and offices of the Benguet Provincial Government;
2. Assist the Local Chief Executive in the preparation of the annual and supplemental budgets;
3. Study and evaluate budgetary implications of proposed legislation and submit comments and recommendation thereon; and
4. Act as a member of the Provincial Finance Commitee.
