In-charge of human resource management and development programs/projects and other personnel related activities of the provincial government.
Review and recommendation on personnel matters referred by authorities.
To establish and maintain a sound personnel programs/projects designed to promote career development and uphold the merit principle and to conduct a continuing organizational development with the end in view of instituting effective administrative reforms.
To oversee and supervise the implementation of human resource management programs/projects and other personnel related activities of the provincial government.
